Pacer Junction boxes are used to encase wire connections and protect them. This is done for many reasons but mainly to offer protection against short circuits. This means junction boxes can prevent, or at least contain fires. Pacer's junction boxes are made with the marine environment in mind. It is designed in accordance with the Joint Industrial Council (JIC)-USA. The box and cover are made from grey (RAL 7036), high impact polyphenylene oxide. They also have 4 non metallic corner screws.
