Small Package Carriers
For orders not meeting the minimum total, we work with multiple carriers at our deeply discounted rates to offer you a variety of options. UPS is our preferred carrier, but other options are available depending on your location and order weight.
Expedited shipping also available for rush deliveries.

Overweight or over-sized items can only be shipped by common carrier (LTL). These freight amounts must be quoted separately based on weight and destination. Please choose 'Freight, TBD' during checkout and we will contact you.
Preferred Common Carriers
For common carrier size orders to be shipped with a preferred carrier with which you have an account, please choose “freight collect” during checkout and enter your preferred carrier name and account number.

Shipping directly to non-US countries is typically via DHL, UPS, or USPS and is limited to small orders not available for purchase through our international agent, Brunger Export. We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions. Most orders that meet standard packaging and are placed before 12:00PM on a business day will ship that same day. Orders placed after this time may still ship, but generally will go on the following business day. Some products are built-to-order and may take an extra day for production. This will be indicated on the product’s page.
Some orders may be delivered in separate shipments, due to availability or a different origin location. Pacer Group will cover the cost of the additional shipments.
Included in your shipping confirmation will be a tracking number. This is also available to view under 'My Orders'. This may not be updated in the carrier’s system or 'My Orders' until end of the business day.
Pacer Group’s fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM (EST), except holidays.
