Pacer Group's 1/0 AWG yellow Battery Cable Assemblies are always manufactured to order in Sarasota, FL USA. They are manufactured from Pacer Group's own UL approved marine cable. How is it that they are made? It begins by using a precision cut and strip machine. This machine allows for repeatable and accurate cuts. Once the cable has been cut to the correct length, terminals are added to the ends. Pacer Group utilizes a hydraulic-pneumatic crimper that creates a superior gas tight crimp. After the terminals are properly crimped, epoxy lined heat shrink is added. The heat shrink creates a barrier making a moisture and airtight connection.

This process creates superior 1/0 AWG yellow battery cable assemblies. The assemblies are so well built that they are likely to outlive the battery itself. Pacer Group designed this process specifically with the boater in mind. These assemblies are easy to bend and route and offer unbeatable flexibility and durability. They are manufactured to withstand the harshest marine conditions. They are resistant to Acid, Alkali, Abrasion, Flame, Gasoline, Oil and Moisture. Contact a Pacer Group expert today with any questions that you may have.
