What does the cover plate do?
The cover plate improves the usability of the EPTS-MS-65A multi-step power transfer switch by clearly labeling its three positions: Shore 1 / Shore 1 & 2 / Generator.
This ensures quick, accurate adjustments and minimizes operator error. The cover plate features a durable silver body with black text and is slightly wider (2.52”) than the switch itself (2.28”) for proper coverage and a clean, professional appearance.
How would I use the switch guard?
The switch guard is for use with bat toggle switches and is designed to prevent the accidental activation of one of the switches. The red body of the switch guard is spring-loaded and must be opened and held before the switch it is covering can be flipped. As simple as it sounds, this switch guard offers a very potent level of protection. It can save you from accidentally activating a piece of equipment that would conflict with another piece of operating equipment and could prevent long-term damage.
