Where would I use specialty lighting?

Where you would use your specialty lighting depends very heavily on which type of specialty lighting you are using. If, for example, you are using tape light, then you can pretty much put it anywhere you want whether it be along a trim board or even the ceiling. If you are using an RGB controller then you would want to put the relay in a central, easily accessible location for your IR controller to be able to reach. The bottom line is that you can put any of our pieces of specialty lighting in just about any location that suits your fancy as long as you do it safely.
What types of specialty lighting are available?
Pacer Group carries a wide range of specialty lighting in order to offer choice. We strive to offer choices so that you can make the most informed decision and get the best solution to meet your needs. Below we will take a look at some of the most popular types of specialty lighting that we carry from LED boards to RGB controllers.
LED Boards

LED boards are designed for larger lighting applications. They fit into existing fixtures making them a smart, economical choice. LED boards allow for bright, high-level illumination without the power drain or heat that comes from using older styles of bulbs such as incandescent or halogen. Pacer Group offers these LED boards in 2700K warmer white, 3000K warm white, and 6500K cool white. All our LED boards have a diameter of four inches and carry a simple two wire connection.
LED Pucks

Commonly used in overhead fixtures, LED pucks are built for high-level bright illumination. They achieve this without the heat or power drain that is associated with other, inferior styles of bulbs. With an outside diameter of only 48 mm, these LED pucks are an obvious choice for their convenient size. Available in 2700K warm white, 3900K natural white, and 5000K bright daylight white, these lights are the go-to lights for professional boaters.
Tape Lights

Tape lights, also known as rope lights, are a series of LED bulbs bound together in a row inside a protective casing in the form of a rope or strip. They easily enhance the ambience of an area while remaining relatively hard to see. Their low-profile presentation makes them a solid choice for individuals who want to have bright lighting but want to keep the source somewhat hidden. The best aspect of these lights is that many of our tape lights have the option to change the color using an RGB controller.
RGB Controller

RGB controllers offer the easiest way to adjust the color and intensity of your lighting system. Using high-end, precision control, the RGB controller allows you unparalleled access and lets you quickly and easily change to the desired setting. The sleek design and wireless control make this a great addition to any lighting setup.
Can I adjust the colors on the LED lighting?

You can, in fact, adjust the colors of Pacer Group specialty lighting depending on the type that you get. For example, the colors in many of our tape lights are adjustable meaning that you can quickly and easily change from red, to blue, to green, to teal, you get the point. These are easily customized using the LED RGB controller allowing you unlimited control. Not all our specialty lighting items have color control such as our Puck lights or LED boards. These are set to specific colors. If you have any questions about color changing LEDs or any of our specialty lighting, contact a Pacer Group expert today.
